Sales Account Executive for WordPress Agency

We are looking for a talented and charismatic individual who is excellent at closing deals, passionate about sales, has strong communication skills in English, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

To join our team, you need:

  • Excellent closing skills—you previously worked for web development agencies or software development companies and have a proven track record of closed B2B deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to connect with clients professionally.
  • A charismatic, approachable personality that fosters trust and builds strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, PipeDrive) for managing client interactions and workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage sales pipelines, calendars, and follow-ups.
  • Technical understanding of WordPress development and web solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce solutions.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Workspace and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • A positive, sales-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
  • A team-player attitude, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Job Requirements

  • Actively selling and up-selling services through a consultative sales approach.
  • Generate new leads through outreach and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn, Codeable, Upwork).
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and build long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage and update the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, PipeDrive), ensuring accurate tracking of leads and deals.
  • Prepare and present professional sales documents, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Display a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in WordPress and digital marketing.
  • Participate in company meetings, providing updates and contributing to strategy discussions.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will:

  • Regularly update the CRM system with accurate data.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent WPRiders at industry events and online platforms.
  • Consistently contribute to the team’s overall performance by sharing insights and collaborating effectively.
